This software has saved me many hours of headache. I find the web version easy to use and efficient. The inventory software helped to make our inventory count easy and quick. The team has always been there for me every time I call. The phone is answered promptly with knowledgeable staff who are trained and polite. As a new store owner I would recommend this software to everyone!

The XSite Price Book Manager has great features. The ability to update item costs without having to open each product file individually is a great help since you don’t have to leave the purchase order screen. I also like that the program asks if you want to update the retail price if there has been a change to the cost of the item. The program has helped us to be more efficient.

Prior to using your system we had to do item and price programming on our G-Site during a lull in sales or between customers. We did not have a back office system to connect to the G-Site. This often proved time consuming and frustrating because of the frequent interruptions to the programming process. Now, we can look at the entire list of products at our leisure and do the appropriate programming without interruption. The XSite system allows us to use our own Windows based computer to link directly to the G-Site. This has allowed us to quickly and easily keep up with changing prices, implementing store specials and cleaning our product list by removing obsolete products from the database. The system is already compatible with Passport and I am looking forward to the transition from G-Site. The implementation of the XSite program has been easy and the support staff are TERRIFIC. There are a number of sales analysis aides included in the XSite system and we have found them to be a great assistance. I do not have any issues recommending the XSite system to anyone who is looking for a COST EFFECTIVE and SEAMLESS way to interface with either G-Site or Passport.

Let me just explain to you what my job was before the XSite system arrived. Every day I had to do gas report, a c-store sales report, and a car wash report. On average it took me about an hour to do all the paperwork. Now with the new system it takes me about 20 minutes to balance all my day and do the bank deposit. The new system also does all my ordering from different suppliers. The computer keeps track of the inventory. I set a minimum number of units I need for inventory, when the inventory is lower than the minimum, units it will automatically order the item that is missing in the store, If someone would ask me now if I would go hack to the old system? My answer would have to be… NOT A CHANCE!
