Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of software products and services provided by XSite Group Inc. ("XSite", "we", "our"), including XSite Command. By accessing or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, XSite grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software solely for your authorized business purposes.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from our software.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software or any data contained within it.
• Use the software in any manner that violates applicable law.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of our systems.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Third-Party Integrations

Our software integrates with third-party services (including QuickBooks Online and others). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, documentation, and other materials provided by XSite are owned by XSite or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our software at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XSite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our software.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
