XSite Mobile lets you count inventory right from your mobile device. All you need is a Bluetooth scanner and your XSite login. This guide walks you through scanning items, saving your count, and reviewing it on the desktop before posting.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Make sure your Bluetooth scanner is paired with your mobile device.
  2. On your device’s web browser, go to xsitemobile.com.
  3. Log in using the same username and password you use for the desktop version of XSite.
  4. From the home screen, tap the ‘Count’ button.
  5. Tap the ‘+’ at the top of the screen to start a new count.
  6. Select the location where you’re counting (e.g., Back Office, Storage, Floor).
    • Note: Scanning the same item more than once in the same location will not increase the count. Scanning it in different locations will add to the overall total.
  7. Use your scanner to scan items, or manually enter their UPC.
  8. For each item, enter the quantity you counted.
  9. When you’re done, tap ‘Save’ to store your count batch.
  10. Log in to XSite on a computer to review your count before posting it.
    • Important: Posting is final—make sure everything looks right before posting your count.
